"Reordering felt way harder than it should’ve"
I just wanted to order the same name tags I got last time, but it ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I couldn’t find any simple reorder option, so I basically had to go through the whole process again like it was a brand-new order. It took longer than the first time, which was frustrating. The whole thing also felt kind of impersonal, like there wasn’t really anyone there to help if you got stuck.

"Colors were way off"
I ordered blue name tags and what showed up was basically purple. It looked nothing like the preview, which is frustrating. Whoever handled the color matching really dropped the ball, because this was a total clown move.

"Looks clean and professional"
I ordered a few name tags and they turned out really nice, professional looking. The layout was clean, easy to read, and exactly what I needed. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would but overall, I’m happy with how they came out

"These Magnets Did Not Come to Play"
I ordered badges from nametagwizard.com i was not prepared for how strong these magnets would be. They clung to my shirt all day like their lives depended on it, even while I was walking around a ton. My only tiny complaint is that getting them lined up just right takes a little patience, but once they’re on, they are absolutely not going anywhere.

"Logo didn’t turn out the way I expected"
Not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed with how the name tags came out. I uploaded our company logo, but the colors looked a bit off and the print was kind of blurry compared to the file I sent. They’re still usable, but for the price, I was expecting a cleaner result. Shipping was fine though, so that part wasn’t an issue

"Print could’ve been clearer"
I ordered some name tags and the shipping was decent, but I was a little let down by the print quality. A friend had recommended these to me, so I was expecting them to look sharper. Some of the letters came out a bit fuzzy, especially when you look at them up close. From a distance they’re okay and still usable, but they do look kind of cheap in person. Not terrible, just disappointing.

"Felt like support just didn’t care"
I reached out to customer service hoping to get some help, but the replies took forever. When they finally did respond, the tone came off rude, like they were annoyed I even asked. Maybe I’m reading into it, but it definitely felt like they didn’t really want to help me.

"Felt stuck with cheap-looking name tags"
I ordered these name tags for our staff and was disappointed when they showed up. The material felt flimsy right away, like thin plastic with that cheap shiny look, and I felt kind of trapped since we needed them for work and didn’t have time to reorder something better.

After just a few days, some of the edges were already looking rough, which made them feel even less professional. They might be fine for a one-time event, but for daily wear, they really didn’t hold up. I wouldn’t buy them again.

My name tags showed up exactly how I typed them, spacing and all, so I’ll give them credit for that. It did take longer than I expected, though, and after waiting a bit I started to wonder if I could really count on the timing. The order itself was right, but the delay definitely made me trust the process a little less.

"Decent, but could’ve been better"
The name tags turned out fine overall, and the printing is clear enough to read without any issues. The material is a little thinner than I expected, though, and one of them had a small rough edge on the corner, which feels like something that should’ve been preventable. They still work okay for our staff, so I’m not too disappointed, but they don’t feel super high quality. For the price, they’re alright, I just hoped they’d feel a bit more solid.

"Engraving wasn’t what they promised"
I was really disappointed with the engraving. They made it seem like it would be done correctly, but the name was spelled completely wrong, not even close. Frustrating when you’re promised a personalized item and it shows up like that.

"Took forever to hear back"
I reached out needing to get some name tags sorted quickly, and then just... waited. It took days to get a reply, and when I finally did, it didn’t really help much. I was expecting a simple answer, or at least some kind of update sooner, but yeah... not great.

They got back to me quickly and the replies were actually helpful, which I appreciated. I was checking messages between errands and a coffee run, and it was nice not having to wait around forever for an answer.
